D Miningwell T635 Fully Hydraulic Surface Top Hammer All-in-One Drilling Rig How it Works
D Miningwell T635 fully hydraulic down hole drilling rig is designed for open pit mining, rock drilling and engineering exploration. Its core strengths are efficient rock drilling, flexibility in adapting to complex terrain and low energy consumption.
The track levelling device makes the drilling rig’s centre of gravity more stable up and down the slope, and the track adhesion is stronger. The protection design of the drilling chamber and cab eliminates personnel safety hazards; the drilling rig can drill multiple holes in one positioning, and the flexible drilling arm and off-road function can cope with the requirements of drilling in a variety of primitive terrains. The drilling speed can be increased by 50% compared with the high-pressure integrated down hole drilling rig when the hole diameter is ≤115mm and the hole depth is less than 15m;

Working Principle
Power system: Equipped with Cummins QSB4.5-C160-III engine with 119kW rated power, providing strong power for the drilling rig.
Hydraulic system: adopts advanced hydraulic technology to drive rock drill, propeller and other components to realise rock drilling and propelling actions.
Rock drilling system: equipped with ZY-103 high frequency hydraulic rock drill, impact frequency 40-60Hz, maximum impact power 15kW, drilling diameter 64-102mm, rotary speed 0-192rpm, rotary torque up to 860N-m. Rock drill breaks up the rock and realises drilling through high frequency impact and rotary action
Propulsion system: It consists of hydraulic brake motor, chain, sprocket, and pipe follower to realise fast and slow propulsion and lifting, and the hose is automatically followed up and tensioned.
Dust Collecting System: It adopts two-level dry and powerful dust collecting system, which is composed of movable dust catching cover and pre-separation barrel to make up one-level filtration of dust, and effectively reduce the dust pollution.
Lubrication system: electronic pulse lubrication filling, automatic lubrication for the brazing tool and other components to extend the service life.
