ZGYX-421T Integrated DTH Surface Drill Rig
This drilling rig is powered by Yuchai YC6A180Z and equipped with 10/14.5 screw air compressor. Equipped with φ60mm three-metre
drilling rod. It is equipped with dry integrator as standard.The machine has strengthened the strength of each structural part, which can fully withstand the requirements of the original ZGYX-420A drilling rig.
1.Adopting the pendulum motor to drive the rotary head reduces the failure rate and bulky volume of the original steel ball motor, and at the same time greatly strengthens the torque of the drilling rig, making its rock drilling holes in a wider range, and the rotary shaft and the over-joint adopts the threaded direct connection, which reduces the failure of the original sealing air leakage.
2.The rotary shaft is threaded directly to the overrun joint, reducing the failure of the original seal leakage.
3.Pushing, lifting, rotary have fast and slow gear switching, improve the efficiency of changing rods.
4.New outer shell design makes the maintenance of the rig very convenient and enhances the aesthetics of the rig.
5.With dry high-efficiency dust collector device, drilling and chiselling without dust, more environmental protection, energy saving.
6.Standard equipped with plunger motor, international engineering machinery walking track, climbing more favourable, more reliable quality, high walking efficiency.
7.Standard body levelling function, so that the drilling rig walking, cross-country performance is stronger.
