On June 10, 2025, through the Alibaba platform, we got in touch with Miarilala Rarivoson from ELICOM Company. The customer clearly stated the need for a custom - built vehicle - mounted water well drilling rig with a depth of about 220 meters, a 60kw drilling rig, and an air compressor installed on a truck. Precise Model Selection to Meet Challenges
Faced with the customer's requirements, our technical team took immediate action. Initially, a 260 - meter drilling rig was recommended. However, considering the customer's budget and actual drilling depth, a 200 - meter drilling rig paired with a 228kw air compressor was finally recommended. This model selection fully considered the customer's drilling depth requirements and budget constraints, ensuring cost - effectiveness while meeting functionality. Addressing Concerns with Quick Responses
The customer's main concern was the delivery time, demanding a 20 - day delivery while the normal lead time for vehicle - mounted drilling rigs is 2 months. In addition, the customer inquired whether we could install the drilling rig and air compressor on the truck they provided. We promptly provided clear solutions, promising to meet the extremely short delivery time and confirming that we could use the customer - provided truck for installation. Reasonable Quotation to Seal the Deal
On June 10, 2025, the first quotation was given at $34,850 (including the air compressor and drilling rig). Although the customer negotiated the price, only a small discount was offered as the initial quotation was already very competitive. Quick responses and a solution that met the customer's drilling requirements and budget became the key factors in closing the deal. Efficient Production and On - time Delivery
After the order was confirmed, the production department quickly adjusted the plan, completing production in just 30 days and shipping on November 10, 2025. Although the customer feedback and after - sales follow - up records are not updated yet in this case, this successful cooperation has undoubtedly established a good reputation for us in the overseas market.
