Main features of XY-44A drilling rig:

1. The drilling rig has many speed levels (12 levels of forward rotation and 2 levels of reverse rotation) and a reasonable speed range. It has large low-speed torque (up to 8000N.m). It is suitable for drilling alloy and diamond cores, and is also suitable for Engineering geological survey, hydrological well drilling and foundation pile engineering construction.
2. The vertical shaft through hole has a large diameter (93mm), double cylinder hydraulic feeding, a long stroke (up to 600mm), and strong process adaptability. It is especially suitable for wireline coring (upper coring) drilling of larger diameter drill pipes. It has It is beneficial to improve drilling efficiency.
3. It adopts Tsinghua Wanliyang 6T46 transmission, which is widely matched on Foton, JAC, Kama, Wuzheng and other truck models. The technology is mature, the quality is stable, the overload capacity is strong, and after-sales service stations and accessories are spread across the country.
4. The hydraulic chuck is a disc spring clamping, hydraulic cylinder releasing, and three-slip automatic centering hydraulic chuck.
5. The hydraulic system uses a gear oil pump for oil supply, which is simple to install, easy to use, has low power consumption, low oil temperature in the hydraulic system, and stable operation. The system is equipped with a hand-operated oil pump. When the power machine cannot work, the hand-operated oil pump can still be used to lift the drilling tool from the hole.
6. The power is FAW Xichai 4110 (81 kW) naturally aspirated engine, and Guangxi Yuchai 4110 (105 kW) turbocharged engine is optional.
7. The drilling rig has a low center of gravity, a long moving distance (460mm), firm fixation, and good high-speed drilling stability.
