This article describes a case study of our collaboration with Madagascar’s ELICOM on a customized truck-mounted water well drilling rig. From initial contact to successful transaction, facing the client’s stringent delivery deadlines and specific rig parameter requirements, we successfully met the client’s needs and fulfilled the order through precise model selection, reasonable pricing, and rapid response.
